Solar Energy Call Center Representative

We are looking for a motivated and customer-service oriented individual to join our Solar Call Center team!

Responsibilities: As a Solar Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for makingUpgrade to see actual info+ cold calls every day. This involves dealing with rejection and objections, answering questions, and troubleshooting any problems that arise. You will also be expected to book appointments for our sales team, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be able to think on your feet and adapt quickly to changing situations. Previous experience in a cold calling role is preferred but not required. Additionally, knowledge of the solar industry is a plus.
