Xactimate Estimator

We are looking for a full-time Insurance Estimator/Billing water/mold/fire reconstruction estimator. This position pays a salary with bonuses. The hours are Monday through Friday, and it is a high-paced position. You must be able to write and create sketches in xactimate.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Experienced only Xactimate estimators apply

Estimating water/fire/mold/crime scene cleanup/reconstruction

Verifies the accuracy of documentation

Contribute to overall customer satisfaction.

Good sense of urgency to follow up with the appropriate documentation on file to assist the company.

Respond to customer concerns timely and follow through on all promises.

Learn all software programs utilized in the day-to-day operations of the Upgrade to see actual infolf-driven as this is a work-from-home position.

Have strong oral and writing skills

Have exceptional research skills - Computer/tech savvy

Abides by company policies

Other duties as assigned.

This is a guaranteed salary position.
