Requirements
- Strong experience with Ruby on Rails development
- In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with database design, SQL and ORM libraries
- Familiarity with Git, pull requests, and version control best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Self directed in fully remote work environment

Working Arrangement
- Monthly retainer-based contract
