Trilove Medicare Information and Services LLC is seeking experienced customer service representatives , specifically in outbound calls with excellent verbal communicational and computer skills.. Our outbound customer service representatives are responsible for making calls to prospects or customers. The purpose of these calls will include cold calls, validating leads, telemarketing, collections, surveys, appointment setting and proactive customer service notifications.
