The Client Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring clients receive exceptional service throughout their engagement with us.
They will work closely with clients to determine their needs and objectives, make recommendations, and introduce new services to help clients meet their goals. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who can handle complex issues with ease.
Job Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Understand client's needs and develop customized solutions to meet them
Provide guidance and support to clients to ensure their success
Monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with other tea
Manage and respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Required Skills and Experiences:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of experience in client success, account management, or client management
Knowledge of the staffing and recruiting industry
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
Strong problem-solving skills
Proactive and able to work independently
System Requirements:
At least 15mbps for the main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption
