Business Development Manager/Analyst, the ideal candidate should be self-motivated enough to reach out and bring in new business
Responsibilities:
Attracting new clients by innovating and managing the sales process for the business
Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
Collecting and managing Conference lists and appointment management
Market research on other sources for leads and lead list building
Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole
Running outbound campaigns (phone calls,
Maintaining client activities in CRM
Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up
Developing rapport with key decision makers
Translating proposals into ready-to-sign contracts
Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation
Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing to develop and implement business development strategies.
Monitor industry news and developments to stay up-to-date on potential opportunities
Lead negotiation with potential clients
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in business, sales, marketing, or a related field
Experience in project management
Strong customer service and sales skills for generating leads
Presentation and persuasive skills are a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building meaningful relationships with clients
Extensive knowledge of productivity tools and software
Attention to detail and organization skills for honing in on each necessary task
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, Google Suite
