Insurance Customer Support Representative

Access Insurance Underwriter, LLC, a rapidly growing insurance company in Florida, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Customer Support Representative who can work full time during US EST hours. We are looking for a candidate who has a passion for delivering excellent customer service preferably with experience in insurance customer service.

As our Insurance Customer Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch customer support to our clients.

Requirements:

- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clear communication with customers
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently
- Keen attention to detail to ensure accurate information gathering and recording
- Available and able to work from 9am-5pm EST to meet our customers' needs
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Ring Central
- Typing skills of at least 50 WPM to efficiently handle client requests and inquiries
- Must have at least i5-7 processor or its equivalent and noise-canceling headset to ensure high-quality call connection
- Adaptability to handle a variety of tasks and customers with varying needs
- Active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Open to serious candidates who want a full-time, long-term position with reliable internet and power connection
- Previous insurance experience is a big advantage
- Sales experience and knowledge of upselling techniques is a plus
