Virtual Assistant- Sales & Marketing

We are a rehabilitation/medical clinic located in Canada and we are currently looking for a great administrator with extensive sales and marketing experience.

Who you are:

The ideal candidate must have worked in call centers and have extensive experience converting leads into customers over the phone. You must possess full command of the English language and the ability to communicate in an articulate and professional manner while demonstrating empathy and an engaging personality over the phone.

You must be able to work during the North- American Eastern Time Zone between 9:00 AM EST to 2:00 PM EST. Must be able to assist with billing, scheduling, and administrative duties as necessary.

What you'll do:

Quickly assimilate our phone scripts, learn about our clinic and services in order to demonstrate the ability to convert leads into patients/clients with ease.

Consistently hit conversion targets over the phone.

Reactivate past patients and prospect new leads

Process insurance claims on a daily basis.

Respond to requests through email and website.

Assist with marketing activities including social media, blogging, and email marketing.

Assist in creating instructional videos outlining our Upgrade to see actual infomonstrate the ability and desire to learn and grow in different areas continuously.


This is a permanent part-time remote position.

Training and support will be provided on an ongoing basis.
