JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:

Map role criteria define position description and document specifications
Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility
Actively participate in continuous process improvement programs by revising process effectiveness and efficiencies, recommending changes
Performs end-to-end selection process and endorsement to Client Success Officers. (Test Administration, Interview, and Client Success Manager endorsement)
Understanding the ongoing hiring needs of their business and establishing the right sourcing mix to generate a strong pool of talent for open roles
Create a strong pipeline of candidates to serve manpower needs.
Proactively identify future manpower needs.
Assist with special projects as needed

Requirements:
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software, and candidate databases.
Excellent command of English (verbal and written)
3+ years of experience in recruiting
Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods
Effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills
Be able to handle sensitive and/or confidential information with honesty and integrity
Critical thinking, problem-solving, and determination
Demonstrate a commitment to reaching your target.
