Digital Marketing Specialist (Part-Time)

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and lead our digital marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, managing and optimizing digital campaigns, and analyzing and reporting on the performance of digital marketing initiatives.

Our business operates in the garden and building market, with multiple stores and a strong community to engage with.

Your job will be to manage our digital presence via the web, social media and other digital platforms. You will also support the business with basic admin like price changes, content updates etc.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy
- Manage and optimize digital campaigns, including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, including website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital marketing projects
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy and project management
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media advertising
- Experience with social scheduling
- Experience with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
- Experience working with graphic designers, and creating basic content in Canva
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience with Slack, Asana, zapier
