Sales and Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
* Continually assess our spiel and closing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales
* Work collaboratively with the sales team to assess current projections
* Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals

* Train and motivate the sales team


Requirements
* At least 1 year experience in ecom/selling physical products is a must
* Ability to work under pressure
* Strong closing skills
* Great written and verbal communication skills
* Attention to detail
* Superior organizational and time management skills
