General VA- Recruitment support

We're a growing recruitment business based out of Queensland in Australia. As a part of the next phase of our development the candidate marketing and management side of our business needs more help. You'll be joining an established team of recruiters and working closely with the director to implement candidate attraction and communication strategies.

We will pay a further monthly bonus if candidates do have experience with LinkedHelper and LinkedIn recruiter campaigns


What you'll be working on;
Automated candidate outreach
Responding to candidate replies and questions
Setting up appointments in Calendly
Development of candidate pools
Implementation of email marketing campaigns
Management of leads through email response
Some reporting on excel
Following up with candidates/contractors for details

About you and your experience;

Very high levels of written English. This is key as the most important part of the role is interacting with candidates.
We'll have the initial outreach templates written but you must be able to go back and forth with candidates on email and be able to move them through the process.
Experience with email/ marketing automation.
Experience with either Dripify or LinkedHelper. This is ideal but if you've used marketing automation before but not these products that's ok
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter ( not essential)
High levels of attention to detail. This is also really important as some aspects of our communication and follow up tie into our contractor payments.
