Remote Marketing and Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly talented and motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team and help grow our personal brand and podcast channel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multimedia production, including graphic content creation, social media management, and podcast management. The candidate should also have experience in influencer outreach, email management, copywriting, and website optimization. Key Responsibilities:

Design and create visually appealing graphics for social media and podcast promotions
Manage and grow our social media accounts, including Instagram and TikTok
Plan and execute social media and email marketing campaigns to promote our brand and content
Reach out to influencers and build relationships to expand our reach and brand recognition
Manage emails, create email campaigns, and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Create compelling episode titles and descriptions for our podcast
Optimize our website, social media, and videos for search engine optimization (SEO)
Continuously follow and unfollow accounts to grow our following
Create a list of potential sponsors and reach out to them to secure partnerships
Find and invite guests for our podcast show and coordinate all details for each episode
Qualifications:

Proven experience in graphic design, social media management, and podcast management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong copywriting skills for creating engaging email campaigns, social media posts, and podcast descriptions
Experience with Facebook advertising and marketing strategies
Understanding of text and email marketing strategies
Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Experience in website optimization and SEO best practices
Experience working with virtual teams is a plus
