Leasing Associate (Full Time)

The Role

We are searching for a driven Real Estate Leasing associate to join our Management Team in a full time capacity. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will assist with marketing & leasing strategies, to maintain and enhance our local portfolio. You will be the main point of contact for all of our current and future tenants. This includes leasing, renewals, move-outs, maintenance requests etc.

What You’ll Do:

Work closely with senior leadership on all aspects of our management processes.
Assist in leasing functions and initiatives for our unfurnished properties.
Maintain current portfolio with up-to-date tenant information.
Have in depth knowledge of all West Home properties throughout the local market.
Assist with leasing, tenant relations.
Respond to all tenant communications in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Entrata/PMS Experience Preferred
Leasing Experience Required
Be able to work 9 a.m.-5 p.m. ET
Speak English Fluently
A quantitative background, and analytical / problem solving abilities
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and capability to articulate complex topics
Ability to perform a variety of duties and responsibilities with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail and speed under the pressure of time-sensitive deadlines
Desire to contribute, ask questions, and ask for help with needed
This position requires a laptop and strong internet connection
Preferred if you know the following: Notion, Entrata, Google drive, Slack

Compensation: $5-8 an hour depending on experience
