Responsibilities:
- Ensure all software used by the company is operational and available 24/7
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues for the sales team in a timely manner
- Be on standby for support between 9 am-9 pm Eastern time
- Learn and manage all systems used by the company on an ongoing basis
- Continuously come up with new ideas to improve technology and increase business efficiencies
- Triage all employee-reported issues and solve or escalate as necessary
Requirements:
- Strong experience with software administration and IT support
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
- Flexibility to work on standby during specified hours.
