Japanese Customer Service / Marketing Assistant (Japanese wrting and speaking skills required)

ANIFTY Co., Ltd. Anime NFT marketplace provider based in Tokyo, Japan is looking for an artist relations assistant, who can help our Japanese and International service users through emails and social media (Twitter, Upgrade to see actual info).
Both Japanese writing skills and reading skills are necessary.

Required Japanese skills
- Equivalent of JLPT level N2 or above

Tasks include:
- Send recruiting emails / twitter Upgrade to see actual info
- Reply to the inquiries from artists
- market research for new artists and collectors
- report bugs and inquiries to managers and engineers
- communicate with our community members on Upgrade to see actual info and social media (post messages etc)

Experience in customer service in Japanese is an advantage.
