WEB DEVELOPER/DESIGNER (FULL-STACK)

Hello Developer,

SO, we are looking for one extra talented designer to design our second website! We are in the beauty industry as we are located in the United States. As a web designer, you'll be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites for our home based and also future franchisees.

Must use your full-stack (front end-back end ) skills in graphic design, security and programming to bring our website family to life, and make sure they're easy for users to navigate and find the information they need.

*** JOB DUTIES***

1. Design and create visually appealing and user-friendly websites.
2. Use graphic design and programming skills to bring websites to life and make them easy to navigate.
3. Work closely with project managers, to ensure the website meets our needs and expectations.
4. Create and implement design elements such as layouts, colors, and fonts.
5. Continuously improve user experience and ensure website accessibility for all users.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends and technologies.
7. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to test and validate design concepts.
8. Collaborate with the team to develop content for the website.
9. Optimize website images, videos, and other multimedia for fast loading and high-quality visual representation.
10. Test websites on multiple browsers and devices to ensure compatibility.
11. Troubleshoot and debug issues as needed.
12. Manage and maintain website updates and revisions.
13. Keep track of project progress and report to the project manager daily.



MUST HAVE a combination of Technical AND Creative skills. The RIGHT ATTITUDE TO GET THINGS DONE.

1. Strong skills in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
2. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for creating and styling website pages.
3. Knowledge of web development frameworks such as Bootstrap, Foundation, and Materialize.
4. Understanding of responsive design principles for creating websites that adapt to different screen sizes and devices.
5. Experience with front-end development tools such as Grunt, Gulp, and Webpack.
6. Experience with content management systems such as WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal.
7. Understanding of SEO principles and how to optimize website design for search engines.
8. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
9. Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, and Figma.
10. Strong Attention to Detail and Ability to Meet Deadlines.
11. Good Communication Skills, ability to work in a team, and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
12. A portfolio of previous work that demonstrates their design skills and ability to create responsive, visually appealing websites.
13. Familiarity with accessibility best practices and how to make websites accessible to users with disabilities.
14. Understanding of browser compatibility issues and how to test websites across different browsers and devices.
