The type of upper-level professional search recruiting we do is not easy to learn, we have complex technical job descriptions from our manufacturing clients, all of whom are US based.

Some common job titles we recruit are: Chemical Engineer, Polymer engineer, Quality Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Purchasing Manager, HR Manager, Controller, CFO, Plant Operations Manager, etc.

We offer extensive advanced training to support our professional recruiters.
This position with our team Requires deductive logic advanced, English written, and verbal communication, skills, and an above average level of professionalism and commitment.

****Here is what you'll do:****
- Reading/Writing and Interviewing in American English
- Reading and researching positions in English to understand what you’re recruiting for
- Coordinating with our staff to determine position requirements.
- Crafting and sending recruitment emails to prospective candidates.
- Interacting with potential candidates on professional networks, job boards and social media.
- Identifying and screening potential candidates.
-Writing professional business emails to clients to endorse a candidate you've interviewed and selected.
- Organizing and conducting online interviews.
- Creating talent pipelines for current and future hires.
- Managing the company’s candidate database.
- Setting up candidate interviews with Hiring Managers.
