JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate needs to have exceptional TECHNICAL SUPPORT experience in TELCO like AT&T, Comcast, Verizon, Spectrum and etc. for at least 2 Upgrade to see actual infoN UPSELL AND SELL
With Strong Communication Skills (Oral, Written, & Listening)
Can handle stress and able to work under EST - 10 hours
Can provide SUPERB customer service with WFH set up ready
Critical thinker and has a problem solving skills and a team player
Organize and detail oriented
Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
