We are looking for an enthusiastic and pro-active individual to support the marketing of our events programme which includes a mixture of pay-to-attend summit, conferences, roundtable discussions, dinners and webinars. You will be reporting directly to the Marketing Director and Marketing Coordinator and assisting with all related tasks. You will be an organised person, have good attention to detail, administrative flair, and show a demonstrable interest in marketing. Within the role you will utilise all disciplines of marketing and communications including direct marketing, social media and advertising mediums to attract new event attendees and manage relationships with existing audiences.

To ensure success as a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you should have knowledge of digital marketing techniques, excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to work to strict deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Marketing Director and marketing team with project organisation
- Maintaining and regularly updating the event pages on FuturePlace’s website
- Preparing high-quality marketing materials, including writing copy to promote our events
- Assisting in producing digital marketing campaigns for our events and helping to keep our contacts database up-to-date
- Posting relevant events updates via our social media channels
- Supporting the monitoring and evaluation of our marketing activity, using Google Analytics and other packages
- Keeping up to date with the latest digital marketing platforms

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field – highly desirable
- Knowledge of marketing techniques and databases
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of CRM tools, Google AdWords, and online analytics - knowledge of working with databases, MailChimp, ActiveCampaign or HubSpot are highly desirable
- Understanding of advanced marketing principals
- Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent English written and verbal communications skills, including accurate use of English and the ability to proof materials for sense and accuracy
- Sharp focus on attention to detail and ensuring technical accuracy when updating documents, both online and offline
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently and to contribute as part of a team, with a supportive attitude to colleagues
