As the Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations' financial stability and efficiency. You will be accountable for managing the financial transactions, overseeing client payments, and ensuring timely and accurate compensation to our contracted coaches. Your meticulous attention to detail, strong financial acumen, and excellent English communication (verbal and written) skills will contribute to the success of the consulting services.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA designation is a plus).
- Bookkeeping experience
- Proven experience as a Controller, Accountant, or similar role, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, partnership accounting, and financial reporting.
- Advanced knowledge and experience with QuickBooks Online accounting software.
- Advanced knowledge and experience with MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and reporting.
- Strong English communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, coaches, and internal teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
