Video Editor & Thumbnail Creator

Hello,

I am looking for a full time Video Editor / Thumbnail Creator for my YouTube Channel.

I would like someone who understands how to edit an engaging video that will increase watch time on my channel by adding in necessary elements such as sounds, text, infographics, transitions, panning, and stock footage that will make the video more entertaining without me having to give you much input.

I am also looking for someone who understands the necessary elements to creating a YouTube thumbnail that people will want to click on.

I am looking for someone who can edit the video, figure out the main point of the video, and know what to put on the thumbnail without me having to tell them and without me having to give you much input.

I would like someone who can edit one quality video and create a thumbnail for that video in one 8 hour shift or less.

Ideally, I would like someone who is interested in the topic of luxury, such as the industry, relevant brands and lifestyle, and relevant topics for high net worth individuals.

You can work any 8 hour shift, 5 days per week that you would like. Starting pay for this position is $250 per month with the opportunity to move up in the future. The expected deliverables are 5-10 videos per week depending on complexity.
