JOB OVERVIEW

NoCry is a company that provides safety gear & tools. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and services to our customers, and we are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to help drive our digital marketing efforts.

As an SEO Manager, you would be responsible for developing and implementing the company's SEO strategy. This includes researching and analyzing keywords, optimizing website content and structure, building relationships with other websites, and tracking and reporting on the success of SEO campaigns. You would work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure that SEO is fully integrated into all aspects of the company's online presence. This is a fully remote role.

Your key Responsibilities would be:

1. Developing and implementing an SEO strategy that aligns with the company's overall digital marketing goals
2. Researching and analyzing keywords to optimize website content and structure for search engines
3. Building relationships with other websites and publishers to acquire backlinks
4. Tracking and reporting on the success of SEO campaigns using web analytics tools
5. Identifying and resolving technical SEO issues on the website
6. Working closely with the digital marketing team to ensure that SEO is fully integrated into all aspects of the company's online presence
7. Continuously learning and staying updated with industry trends and new SEO techniques

You will be a perfect fit if you are:

1. Experienced: With 2+ years of experience in an SEO role, you have a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies.
2. Analytical: You are proficient in using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs/SEMRush to measure and analyze website performance.
3. Communicative: With strong written and verbal English communication skills, you are able to effectively communicate your strategies and recommendations to both technical and non-technical teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
4. Technical: You have experience with technical SEO and are familiar with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, which allows you to optimize website structure and architecture for search engines.
5. Connected: You have experience with link building and outreach, and you are able to build relationships with other websites and publishers to acquire backlinks.
6. Organized: With strong project management skills, you are able to plan and execute SEO campaigns in a systematic and organized manner.
7. Problem-solver: With strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you are able to identify and resolve technical SEO issues on a website.
8. Adaptable: You are familiar with Local SEO, Mobile SEO, and other SEO types, and you are able to adapt to changes in the industry.
9. Continuously learning: You have a continuous learning attitude, keeping updated with industry trends and new SEO techniques.
