Virtual Assistant

The Virtual Assistant at Circadios will play a critical role in the company's success by creating engaging marketing content and creating/managing operational processes. This individual will work closely with the leadership team to support the growth and development of the company, which aims to provide a digital health solution for patients with insomnia and sleep apnea.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Content Creation: The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for creating a variety of marketing materials, including blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, and other forms of digital media. They will work to develop a strong brand voice and messaging that aligns with the company's mission and values.

Operational Management: The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for managing repeatable operational processes, such as scheduling appointments, tracking patient data, and ordering APAP machines or other DME products. They will work to ensure that these processes are efficient and effective, and that they align with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Customer Support: The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for providing customer support to patients and other stakeholders. They will work to respond promptly to inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.

Project Management: The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for managing various projects, such internal documentation of processes/tools and creating scalable marketing strategies. They will work to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with marketing content creation and management
Experience with data analysis and interpretation
Strong organizational and project management skills
Experience with customer support and problem-solving
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
