Finance Manager

The Finance Manager reports directly to General Manager, to support and carry out finance responsibilities. He/she may be requested to participate in ad-hoc finance-related projects.

Responsibilities
Prepare invoices and credit notes
Generate Accounts Receivables report and follow up with customers for payment and sales extension
Update bank statement and perform bank reconciliation
Input vendor invoices and process payments to vendors
Update of sales tracking report
Prepare cashflow projection

Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Accountancy & Finance
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
Work from home/remote experience
Independent thinker and a team player
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Organized, meticulous, and attentive to details
Must be very proficient in Excel
Strong in English, written and spoken
Able to commit to Monday - Friday 9 am-6 pm and Sat 9 am-1 pm
Strong wifi 100mpbs
