We are a team of eCommerce entrepreneurs recruiting a Chief Operations Officer to join us. We specialize in physical product brands currently operating 8 brands in the following markets: dietary supplements, tea, natural skincare, cosmetics, and bulk health foods, spices, and sweeteners.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience as COO.
Proven track record of outstanding performance in a previous complex Upgrade to see actual infomonstrated experience of ethical leadership
Outstanding verbal and written skills, and experience working with employees on all levels.
Ability to make business projections three years into the future.
Must be a resourceful problem solver and must possess strong leadership skills
Master's in Business Administration (MBA) degrees and other certifications, big plus
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
Has established external networks and has a high level of knowledge in business trends especially in eCommerce.
Strategic thinker with a solid business and financial acumen
Self-motivated and enjoys working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
Can commit to full-time and up to 60 hours per week.

How you will create Value:
Work closely and harmoniously with the CEO and Internal Operations Lead and share the same vision and culture with the entire team.
Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
Maintains and directs the daily operations of the business, including coordinating with human resources, legal, sales, marketing, manufacturing, accounting, and other departments
Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
Spearhead strategies to steer the company’s future in a positive direction.
Control company costs, and introducing tactical initiatives to address theft and other losses.
Oversee marketing initiatives and implement better business practices.
Assess and implement improved processes and new technologies, and collaborate with management regarding the implementation of these improvements.
Employ various initiatives to coach employees to optimize their capabilities
