Responsibilities:

Sending text messages to potential leads and following up with them
Generating interest in our properties and services
Setting appointments for our sales team
Maintaining accurate records of leads and appointments in our CRM system
Collaborating with our sales team to ensure seamless communication
Requirements:

Previous experience in real estate wholesaling or a similar field preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Comfortable using technology and familiar with CRM systems
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
