Wanted: Rockstar Virtual Assistant for Kick Ass Swag

Virtual Assistant needed to help our growing business. Kick Ass Swag creates the merchandise that brings brands to life and connects businesses to their clients while providing a dynamic customer experience. We have been in business for 2.5 years and we are ready to expand - can you help? Our virtual assistant will work on pre and post-production Upgrade to see actual infocluding use of tech tools, databases and web-based supplies systems. Promotional Product industry experience is required. Graphic design experience will put you ahead of the pack.

Your Roles and Responsibilities:
• Product sourcing and procurement
• Creating presentations and look books, virtual mockups, adding artwork to supplier templates, recreating raster artwork to vector
• Preparing estimates, sales orders, order entry, purchase orders to suppliers, order management, proofing and payment, closing completed and paid orders
• Supplier follow up - checking ship dates and providing tracking numbers to clients
• Manage company stores on Shopify, including; updating images, product descriptions, pricing and inventory.
• Intermediate level graphic design services as needed
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications we are looking for:
• Experience in the promotional products field is REQUIRED
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal (English)
• Attention to detail
• Solid organizational skills
• Access to reliable internet
• Laptop or desktop computer
• Graphic design experience preferred

What to expect as a Kick Ass Swag Virtual Assistant
• Training / Trial period for 3 - 4 weeks beginning early February
• 10 hours per week to begin

• Upon completion of trial period, hours will be up to 10 per week depending on workload
• This position can expand as the company grows
