VA to help with automations, market research and day to day stuff

We are a balloon decor and entertainment company in Florida, USA
We are looking for a teaUpgrade to see actual infomber that will:
* Work grave yard shift
* Will start with 4 hours a day and over time grow to full time
* Has experience with canva (creating mockups from templates)
* High level english skills to be able to chat or email clients
* Experience with automation tools (CRM) for moving data to and from a google calendar
* Familiar with email sending software like Mailchimp / Active Campaign and is able to make an email look nice
* Be coachable and ready to learn new tasks and skills
