Figmints is looking for an energetic, well-spoken and eager-to-close sales person to join our team as a Cold Caller. This flexible position has many areas for growth. As a PAID position, you will be paid hourly, in addition to commission on closed projects.

REQUIREMENTS:
• someone who has a lot of experience in cold calling and has been in charge of a team.
• someone who can coach us and help us set up a process.
• set up a system (with the right software and processes)
• set up a team
• Someone who can do some cold calls and show how they do it.

Responsibilities include:
• Reaching out to new potential clients, client business referrals, or web leads.
• Provide prospective customers/clients with excellent service, and presentations as needed
• Work with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult them through the sales process.
• Follow up with prospects, and keep up with regular communications
• Maintain an up to date CRM with detailed notes
• Attend 1on1s and regular company meetings

We are looking for candidates who are:
• Comfortable making calls and talking to new people daily
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
• Willingness to gain an in-depth understanding of companies’ services and their position in the industries they work in
• Persuasive and goal-oriented
• Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
• Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client
• Interest in the sales process from initiation to close
• Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
• Ability to multitask (i.e. take digital notes while holding a phone conversation)
• Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience STRONGLY preferred
