Event Coordinator for Meetup Group

Tampa Bay Sellers is a Tampa, Florida, meetup group for Amazon sellers to come together to learn and network.

We looking for a part-time event coordinator (10-20 hours per week) to help us plan, promote and grow our monthly meetups for Amazon sellers. We want you to apply if you are detail-oriented and have experience planning events.

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Schedule meetings on all platforms, including meetup, Facebook, Eventbrite
-Promote each meeting on social media, email, etc, to increase attendance
-Basic video editing and post recordings on our membership site.
-Help find and onboard sponsors.
-Help find and schedule new speakers

REQUIREMENTS

-Knowledge of meetup, Facebook, and Eventbrite
-Knowledge of event organization and promotion
-Basic video editing knowledge
-Fluent in American English
-Excellent American English writing skills
-Very detail oriented
