VA and training course development team member

Work as part of a team in a small, UK based consulting, coaching and training boutique, focused on the banking and financial services sector.
The business works on outsourced internal audit, consulting, technical training and career development activities.
The VA activities will involve assisting in preparing client reports and policy documentation.
The trining activities will involve assisting in researching and designing training courses in areas such as Financial Crime, Anti-money Laundering and Climate Change.
Previous experience is helpful but not essential. Some of our most successful staff have had no prior experience in banking and finance, but are inquisitive, intelligent and diligent.
As this is client focused work, reliability and proficiency in written English is important.
Experience in training or teaching is essential.
We have excellent research and writing tools.
Executive education material requires very specific skills in being able to simplify complex topics into brief, bitesize chunks of easily assimilated content.
A keen, energetic, kind polite and helpful disposition is essential to success in this Upgrade to see actual infoerviews are competency based and the first interview will involve making a 1 hour presentation on a topic that will be provided upon application.

Successful candidates will have their interview preparation time reimbursed upon being hired.
