Elevality seeks an experienced and results-driven Sales Representative to close clients and increase the company’s sales. Our company provides a variety of affordable services tailored to small business owners based in the United States. Therefore, you will also be responsible for coming up with innovative ideas to build relationships with prospects, close deals, and guarantee success.

You will be collaborating with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers in the Philippines and clients in the United States; therefore, you must have excellent communication skills, a flexible schedule, and the ability to meet and work during U.S. daytime (Eastern Standard Time) hours.

Job Description
We seek a qualified candidate with the following qualifications for this position:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
Candidates must be familiar with CRM tools, software, and practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
At least three (3) year/s of experience in sales and telemarketing or related positions.
Software & Platform Knowledge & Experience in the following:
Google Workspace
Microsoft Office Suites
Asana, Slack, and Hubstaff

Identifying and contacting potential clients and customers through various channels, including but not limited to email, phone, or ZooUpgrade to see actual infoetings.
Gathering information about the customers' needs and preferences to present them with relevant products or Upgrade to see actual infomonstrating the features and benefits of the products or services and addressing any questions or concerns the customers may have.
Negotiating and closing sales deals, often by offering discounts or other incentives to customers.
Pre-qualifying leads to ensure they’re an appropriate fit for our services
Maintaining relationships with existing customers and upselling additional products or services as appropriate.
Keeping track of sales metrics and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Staying up-to-date on industry developments and new products or services and communicating this knowledge to Upgrade to see actual infoeting or exceeding sales targets set by the company.
Participating in sales training and professional development opportunities to improve selling skills and industry knowledge.
Providing excellent customer service and building long-term relationships with clients.
Collaborating with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and supporting their efforts to achieve common goals.
Participating in networking and other marketing events to promote the company and its products or services.
Scheduling and notifying prospects’ appointments to carry out services and rescheduling appointments as needed.
Maintaining effective notes on ongoing communication with every prospect.
Providing progress reports, as well as process and task documentation.
Keeping track of leads through records management.
Creating various scripts for call scenarios.
Creating email campaigns and managing follow-ups.

The candidate we’re looking for has:
Exceptional verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
Command of the English language, grammar, and punctuation
Ability and confidence to close deals with Westerners
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
Outstanding interpersonal skills and a strong sense of collaboration with different departments

Comfortable providing suggestions to help the company and clients
