E-commerce Business Analyst

Core Development is a US E-commerce web development company focused primarily on building websites using the Magento Platform. We are based in Knoxville, TN and offer remote work for part-time and full-time applicants.

About the Job:
We are very excited to find an E-Commerce Business Analyst with experience in software development to help our clients communicate their requirements to our development team. If hired, you would work with clients either through remote calls, or using other communication tools like email or chat to discover what our clients want, and then convert these requirements into clear executable tasks that our clients can approve and our developers can execute against. You would work closely with our project managers to ensure that the requirements are clear enough for them to understand so they can follow up on tasks and confirm they are completed as expected. You would also be involved in completing a final review of the functionality to confirm it meets client requirements and would demo it for the client.

Required and Preferred Skills:
-Excellent written and verbal English
-Organization skills and attention to detail
-Familiarity with project management software (ClickUp is a plus)
-Technical proficiency enough to understand and document client needs
-Web development background (Magento is a plus) so you can fully understand what clients are requesting
- Available to work 8am-4pm Eastern Time
