Position: Drayage Freight Coordinator/Customer Service
Job Responsibilities:
Create orders
Coordinate shipments to the customer and trucker/carrier
Track and trace shipments from the port to the customer and vice versa
Check port website
Answer phone and
Audit shipment charges
Uploading POD/documents in the system
Qualifications:
Prior Drayage experience is a MUST
Has EXCELLENT attention to detail.
Excellent in both written and verbal communication skills.
Possess an advanced understanding of internal business processes and workflows.
Utilize excellent organization and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Possess analytical skills and is a problem solver.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
Reliable.
Quick learner.
Flexible.
