TikTok Creative Director/UGC Coordinator

We're looking for a Creative Director/Strategist with significant experience with TikTok.

The perfect candidate:

- In depth knowledge of TikTok, ideally as someone who has created UGC Style content yourself and follows latest trends, transitions, hooks, and creative styles
- Has awesome videography and video editing skills
- Has created engaging TikTok video content for various e-com brands before
- Has created successful product videos for TikTok ads and can prove this
- Has videos / case studies / proof / past experience to back it all up

Job Duties

- Build out a high quality and reliable team of 50 UGC Creators
- Tried, Tested & Approved actors for each one of our customer Avatars with our content co-ordinator.
- Write TikTok video ad scripts as well and editing notes, storyboard and format them into template for actors and editors to view
- Research competitor ads and current trends to develop unique creative concepts
- Find and hire suitable actors and Upgrade to see actual info creators from sources like twitter and Upgrade to see actual info itself, negotiating rates and add them to our community group.
- providing directions, coordinating delivery of demo products and props, and taking delivery of video files
- Help in training UGC Creators in the community: Create Video walkthroughs as direction for actors; screen recording of apps and websites for use as greenscreen backgrounds, recording some product unboxing and demo footage for cases where product can't be sent to actors; as well as occasionally making full ads for quick testing
- Provide guidance to our video editor to have final videos created from raw footage
- Organize and project manage the content creation process, including company Google Drive and using project management tool such as Jira or Trello to coordinate work
- Work with media buyers to analyse tiktok ads data from split tests to see the results from the a/b tested content & apply the learnings in the future briefs
- Create & Implement systems for editors and UGC Creators to work more smoothly & constantly keep on tweaking SOP’s until they become frictionless

- Media Buyers - who you will speak with daily on what angles are currently working and which aren't so we know what to produce more of
- Content co-ordinator - will help in managing the influencer group and vetting process under your guidance
- Actors/Influencers (semi-professionals)
- Video Editors - you will work closely with them to make the ads optimised to convert
- CEO that will provide you with what is needed to maximize your managerial leverage

Requirements:- At least 1 Years of experience as a creative director in a DTC Creative Agency / In-house brand
- A tiktok portfolio
- Powerful internet connection
- C1 English
- Great ambition
