Job Title: Real Estate Sales Support
Pay: $6-$8.5 per hour + Closing Bonus
Hours: 30-40 hours per week

Your job is to Call motivated home sellers, collect information about the property and the situation, make offers, and put the house under contract.

Our company specializes in creative financing, mainly Subject To deals. We helped many sellers in foreclosure situations. The primary source of our leads is PPC. We advertise on Google, Bing, and FB, and the sellers go to our web page and fill out the form with contact details and info about the property, or they call our 24/7 call center to provide the contact details and info about the property. We are working with highly motivated leads actively looking to sell their homes. Our mission is to help people sell their houses as-is, in any situation, fast, and make a profit in the process. We work with full transparency about our process and profit.

About You:

- Fluent English is mandatory as our customers are in the United States.
- Clear Accent
- Experience working as a Closer or Cold Caller in Real Estate Industry
- Looking for a long-term relationship
- Great attitude and open to feedback
- Comfortable with providing results always because it’s a must
- Loves to talk with people over the phone
- Knows how to be accountable
- Comfortable taking calls and helping our motivated sellers
