We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Project/Program Manager to join our team Looking for a project manager who can plan and develop project idea. Need to create and monitor project progress, ensures teams meet all scope requirements by completing jobs, set deadlines, solve issues that arise, and evaluate project performance. Responsibilities
Responsible for the delivery of Vision Real Estate Projects/Programs as well as managing (indirectly) sale and operational teaUpgrade to see actual infombers:
* Acting as a Single point of contact for assigned projects
* Lead the project planning, resourcing and scheduling, define project tasks and milestones.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, and provide timely reports on project status and activities
* Oversee requirements gathering and validation, solution development and testing, deployment
* Manage and coordinate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
* Involved in the Pre-sale and Sale stages
* Manage/Guide new members
Qualifications
* Degree in Project-Management
* At least 1 year of experience in Project Management, preferably with external customers, at a scale of either: 3 or more man-years
* Experience in delivering projects/programs with multi-phases and compressed time frame.
* Innovative, motivated and a quick learner
* Ability to work well in a team and take end-to-end ownership of activities
* Attention to detail, curiosity, and passion for property

-must have a strong and stable internet connection at least 2mbps??-be able to work 5 and a half days a week
