Customer Service Representative Phone Sales

We are looking for someone to assist taking phone calls for a tax office located in the US. The phone calls could assist of booking appointments, overcoming objections to book with the company. Also, this person would need to assist in processing documents into the tax software.

The pay for this is between 12,000 - 15,00 PHP per month full time 40 hours a week. + Commission/Incentive

This is paid weekly on Friday.

Also the position would receive an incentive of 50 PHP per each booked appointment that successfully comes into the office, and 250 PHP per file completed correctly and entered into the tax software.
