Automotive Loan Processing / Finance at Auto Dealership

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales and Finance Associate to join our team at our busy car Upgrade to see actual info this role, you will be responsible for working with our sales team to help customers navigate the financing process and secure the best financing options for their vehicle purchases.

As a Sales and Finance Associate, you will be responsible for:

Assisting customers with the financing process, including filling out credit applications and explaining financing options
Working with lenders to secure financing for customers and negotiate the best terms and rates possible
Maintaining relationships with lenders and developing new relationships to expand financing options for customers
Collaborating with the sales team to identify financing needs and upsell financing products
Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive and seamless financing experience for customers
Maintaining accurate records of financing transactions and complying with all regulations and policies
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in sales and customer service, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
