UX Designer with strong English for Web Design Agency

Inbound Found (Upgrade to see actual info) is looking for a website designer specialized in UX for a website design and marketing agency, 100% remote. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English speaking and writing, six or more years experience in digital design, and at least four years designing websites as mockups.

We work with mostly mid-size B2B companies designing and optimizing large websites for business performance using a UX, SEO and CRO centric approach to website content Upgrade to see actual info terms of culture, we care about kindness and work life balance and family life and growing a happy team. J O B . . R E Q U I R E M E N T S
- Conduct UX research as needed, mapping user journeys for clients' user profiles
- Design webpages, related components with variants for sections and UI elements (we use Figma)
- Provide new design concepts as we acquire new projects and be available for feedback to junior designers
- Inform web page designs with client branding and chosen design direction (for example, we may provide some approved mockups and you would help us design similarly styled pages)
- Rely on approved desktop designs to create responsive layouts for tablet and mobile breakpoints
- Collaborate closely with our two junior designers, our project manager, our frontend web developer, and occasionally, clients
- Join internal and client zooUpgrade to see actual infoetings for design review feedback
- A love for design and great attitude in turning constructive feedback into improvement
- Keep in mind you will have to learn Figma as it's what we use!
- We work an overlap of 9am ET to 1pm ET, the other 4 hours are mostly flexible. Once a month or less, you may be asked to be on a client call as late as 4:30pm ET.

S K I L L S . . R E Q U I R E D
- 6 years or more experience in digital design, 4 years or more in designing web page mockups (apps are okay too)
- Visual design skills, you should have a good eye for design and be able to mimic a style of webpage
- Experience working with, contributing to a design system
- Good English communication skills, ability to explain your ideas, and discuss design related topics
- Experience with related work a plus, components creation, prototyping abilities, logo and icon design, illustration a big plus!
