Sales and Marketing Specialist for Medical Clinic

Our goal is to extend our membership base, particularly reaching out to small businesses in San Antonio that cannot afford health insurance for their employees.

**Job Description:**

* Develop, plan, and execute sales and marketing strategies to grow our membership base, with a focus on targeting local small businesses.
* Engage in cold calls, email marketing, and other outreach methods to create awareness and interest in our membership program.
* Collaborate with our internal team to align marketing strategies with clinic operations.
* Achieve a minimum target of recruiting 8 members per month.
* Provide regular updates on membership growth, strategy effectiveness, and suggest improvements as necessary.

**Qualifications:**

* Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficient in the use of digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and email marketing services.
* Self-starter with a passion for healthcare and community well-being.
