HIRING TODAY! Level 2 IT SPECIALIST | $10-15 /hr (based on skills and experience)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist to join our IT Managed Service firm, we provide ongoing IT support to small and medium-sized businesses in several states of the United States. We focus on providing technical consultations and support to companies who rely on computers in their business operations.

Responsibilities:
- Knows how to troubleshoot firewalls (Fortigate)
- Assembles and installation of Windows, ESXi, for HP and Dell.
- Able to set up, manage and print domains on Active Directory.
- Administrative management via Microsoft 365
- Ability to run projects independently.
- Experience with email and server migration to and from Microsoft 365
- Able to set up Mac and Microsoft users on desktops or laptops.

Qualifications:
- Superb English skills
- Ability to diagnose and resolve IT support issues quickly and efficiently.
- Must have 3+ years of help desk, network management, Microsoft Windows server, and Microsoft 365 administration experience.
- Must have 3+ years of Cybersecurity and Active Directory experience.
- BA in IT management or related fields is preferred but not required.

Pay: $5 -$7 per hour based on experience.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time
