What you will do
We are looking for a program manager whose focus is implementing strategic tasks that align new programs with an organization’s business strategy and goals. As a program manager, you’ll analyze project portfolios with a broad, high-level view and ensure that your project managers are efficiently and effectively working toward program goals. You’re also responsible for making sure that your programs deliver the best return on investment (ROI).

- Demonstrate value realization of the program by providing tangible results, monitoring risks to delivery and resolving issues.
- Direct the project managers to develop high-quality solutions to business problems.
- Support portfolio-level processes by ensuring resources are managed within the program in accordance with intake priority.
- Developing an evaluation method to assess program and project strengths and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct program-wide risk & issue management, ensuring appropriate escalation.
- Ensure projects within the program are prioritized, staffed and resourced to ensure delivery of expected results and benefit.
- Manage portfolio and executive level expectations and communications.
- Working on business analysis, strategy and prioritization with the leadership team.
- Other duties as necessary to meet project needs.

What you need
- Proven experience as a Project or Program Manager or other managerial position
- In-depth knowledge of project/program management techniques and methods
- Excellent knowledge of Performance evaluation and Change Management principles
- Familiar with collaboration tools such as Google Docs, Sheets and Slides
- Strong computer skills to problem solve and communicate via the internet
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent people and time management skills
- A heart felt, emotional connection to customer and team happiness
- Extreme self motivation and problem solving skills
- A natural aversion to letting problems be left unsolved
- Attention to detail and with prompt reporting adherence to deadlines
- More than 1 year working in eCommerce or technology industries
- High level of English especially for reading and writing
