Our client is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. This role requires a strong drive for results, coupled with the ability to establish and maintain connections with our ideal clients and leaders in businesses and corporations. If you have a strong track record in developing and executing effective marketing strategies and plans that generate results for both B2B and B2C segments, possess strong communication skills, and have a service-driven mindset, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Embody and communicate the company's mission, vision, and offerings to potential clients in a compelling manner
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies and plans for B2B and B2C segments to increase brand awareness, generate leads, run campaigns, and drive sales conversions
- Build, maintain, and grow relationships with potential clients, strategic partners, and influencers within target communities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date and apply appropriate technologies to capitalize on industry trends and development in sales, marketing and social media
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing serving clients in the US or Canada, with a proven track record in developing and executing effective marketing strategies for both B2B and B2C segments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and strategic partners
- Results-driven and Service-oriented mindset focusing on creating value for clients and partners, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to delivering outstanding results
- Proficient in LinkedIn,
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks with with well-developed organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; Master's degree or above is a plus
Working Hours:
Within 20 hrs/week initially, and may turn into a full-time position based on performance and candidate's desire.
Pay:
