Financial controller / Accountant

-Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the agency, including the preparation and analysis of the agency's P&L statement
-Oversee and manage a team of two bookkeepers responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
-Reconcile all agency accounts on a regular basis to ensure that financial statements accurately reflect the agency's financial position
-Monitor and report on the agency's financial performance, including the identification of trends and areas for improvement
-Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and a dashboard for metrics and statistics to track the agency's financial performance.
