Responsibilities & Duties:

-Interior Design - Conceptual & Schematic Design
- Develop moodboards
- Develop design concepts translated into digital sketches
- Source, select and build material finish packages
- Source, select and build furniture, fixtures, hardware, equipment & accessories packages
- Develop project budget estimates and cost evaluations
- Develop required design presentations and tearsheets
- Manage and monitor project mastersheets
- Assist with architectural project issues during design management phase
- - Project Communication - -
- Coordinate with purchasing department for project requirements
- Coordinate with design team (designers, architects & 3D visualizer) for project requirements
- Create
- Conduct research or vendor sourcing
- Coordinate with third party vendors and consultants (as necessary)

- Participate in weekly meetings and scheduled calls (Dream Tea
- Attend to all project management requirements
- Attend to meeting documentation ( Meeting Notes)
- Assist in Internal Projects (as assigned by management team)
- Fill out timesheets at a daily basis
- Develop training programs (as assigned by management team)
- Undergo training for skill development (subject to management approval)
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years commercial Interior Design experience.
