Looking 4 Real Estate Virtual Assistant 4 Cold Calling, Lead Gen & More ( Prior Experience is a must)

Looking for a Hard working Real Estate Virtual assistant to perform Cold calling, Lead Generation, Operations & team management!!

You will be doing a variety of tasks, almost all of which I will create tutorials for you.

Cold calling is one of the main components of this position so we are looking for a candidate who's english is above average,


:List of tasks you will be responsible

*Lead Generation (Pulling lists of properties via Propstream & other platforms)
*Data entry (Putting said properties in an excel spreadsheets, researching & editing data)
*Cold calling and text marketing (reaching out to potential sellers and pre-qualifying them)
*Recruiting & Team management ( Eventually we plan on hiring other VA’s and will be requiring you to train and manage them)
*Sending and responding to emails

Pay: TBD, this will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job.

I am looking for a full time employee to perform at least 40 hours a week.

Lead generation will be able to be done at any hour on selected days, but marketing days will most likely be done during eastern standard time 11am-7pm
