Quality Control Specialist

We are looking for committed individuals to join our Quality Control team. Your primary responsibility is to investigate projects and monitor low-performing designer’s projects

Responsibilities:
• Quality control: The honest friend.
? Cancellations review: Assess & determine cancellation reasons + provide detail notes for Support + final decision on who’s at fault.
?Team review: Once a quarter, complete review of every designer, PM, SL, TL and give them manual grades + tips/suggestions on how to improve for next quarter.
?Client review: PM / Support can ask QC to review an upset client + figure out how to keep tem.
?Negative reviews: Review all negative feedback projects + determine who’s at fault.
?Designer watch: Designers with recent performance issues or too many neutrals/negatives will be placed on QC’s “Watch” list where they will monitor performance daily.
• Tickets: Creating, answer, & resolve all internal team tickets. Assist in cancellations.
?Care about progress

Qualifications:
Observant and keen on details
Have good problem-solving skills
Familiar with the common and technical design errors
Have great communication skills
Have above-average design skills (however, you won’t be designing at all)
Can quickly identify and resolve project issues
Good at documentation
Team player

REQUIREMENTS

Fluent in English
Good computer/laptop with sufficient computing power (cannot crash frequently)
