POSITION OVERVIEW
As a graphic designer, you will be an important part of our client success team. You will be responsible for creating on-brand email designs for various eCommerce brand accounts.

To ensure success as a graphic designer, you should have expert knowledge of modern editing techniques, be able to visualize email themes/concepts, and work according to a strict time schedule.

YOU’RE THE RIGHT FIT IF:
You speak and write English well — no issues with subject-verb agreement.
You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
You are a creative thinker
You have significant experience using graphic design software for eCommerce email marketing.
You have good time-management skills and can manage and oversee all technical aspects of graphic design
You can adapt to the brand aesthetic of different brands and create an extension of that brand identity via email.

REQUIREMENTS

Have your own subscription to Adobe suite or a similar platform that allows high-quality graphic design
If you are familiar with email marketing, Klaviyo, and HTML, that is a plus!

RESPONSIBILITIES
Understanding email briefs that will be shared via Google docs
Creating on-brand graphics
Design eye-catching email layouts that lead to higher levels of engagement and increased click-through rates, as well as sales growth where possible
Be responsible in part for the extension of the company’s brand identity through the email channel
Research up-to-date and emerging technologies and developments in the design field and implement them when appropriate
Build email design templates, create and edit photo files, and help with intermittent presentations pertaining to the design team
Creating complementary graphics for SMS marketing campaigns
